REGISTER HERE! PMP and Community Trust Bank Present: Start With A Smile!
WHITESBURG, KY - Pine Mountain Partnership (PMP) and Community Trust Bank (CTB) have partnered to present Start With A Smile! to provide Letcher County businesses and citizens an opportunity to learn more about the importance of a warm smile, and welcoming words to guests in our community.
“Eastern Kentucky is known for our hospitality. We are planning this event so that our folks know just how important that hospitality is.” said Executive Director of PMP, Jeffery Justice. “We are grateful that Community Trust has partnered with us, so that we can offer this event for free!” he continued.
This event will feature two incredible speakers, one of which is very close to home! Tony Tackett has served as the Executive Director of Tourism for Pike County, KY for several years and in that time has welcomed thousands of people with the warmest of welcomes, making a lasting impression on visitors. The next special guest is Johnda Barker, Owner of Kentucky Tourism Services, Inc. Johnda has done extensive work with the Kentucky Dept. of Tourism.
“Start With A Smile” will be held at 4:30pm on Monday, May 23rd at the Pine Mountain Partnership office (beside of Southern Bliss in the plaza adjacent to Pine Mountain Grill).
